ADMISSION POLICY – Kidugala Lutheran Seminary

Kidugala Lutheran Seminary offers holistic Christian education with a strong spiritual foundation. We operate both as a Secondary School (O-Level and A-Level) and a College offering Certificate and Diploma Programs in Theology, Evangelism, and Church Music.

1. Secondary School (O-Level and A-Level)

Entry Requirements:
– Valid Primary School Leaving Certificate (for O-Level).
– CSEE/Form IV Certificate (for A-Level).
– Good conduct and discipline.
– Academic transcripts and birth certificate.
– May be required to sit for entrance exams or interview.

2. Certificate & Diploma in Theology

Entry Requirements:
– Completed Form IV or VI, or equivalent qualification.
– Must be officially sent and confirmed by their Diocese, Parish, or Congregation.
– Recommendation letter from church leadership.
– Committed Christian life and sense of calling to ministry.
– Must pass Seminary-conducted interview.

3. Certificate in Evangelism

Entry Requirements:
– Completed at least Form IV.
– Recommendation from a Church or Christian institution.
– Desire and readiness to serve in Evangelistic ministry.
– Pass interview and practical assessment if required.

4. Certificate in Church Music

Entry Requirements:
– Basic knowledge or interest in music and worship (formal training is a plus, but not mandatory).
– Recommendation by Church or Christian institution.
– Passion for serving through music ministry.
– Interview and/or practical demonstration may be required.

5. General Requirements for All Applicants

– Good physical and mental health.
– Willingness to follow the Seminary’s rules and Christian values.
– Submission of all required documents and full application form.
